A second gaze emerging from a photograph I took in my parents’ home,while they were still alive but no longer living there.
I was asked by my father to water the plants in their abandoned house,in order to preserve the remnants of life that remained there.
I am curled up inside a cardboard box, observing as a present absence,watching what unfolds.
